An old man’s story - face lost and cold
A traumatic past - died in madness
At war with evil - in his soul drowned
Choking and ghoulish weeping
Traumatized and betrayed
Traumatized and cursed
The fear of the past
Brought the curse of the present
The regret of opening doors
And knowledge of the occult
Give it a rest
The demons came in legions
The disease was horrible
Because of his sin he walked down the dark path
All because of religious abuse
His soul cried while the demons are shattered soul
Horrible visions
A guide - the connection to the astral world
Told his story in my subconsciousness
As I stared - meditating at the grave
For this world an explicable phenomenon
They know my knowledge hides beyond them
An old man’s story - lost face and cold
A traumatic past - died in madness
At war with evil - in his soul drowned
Choking and ghoulish weeping

I wouldnt call it blackened death but it certainly has the bleak dark atmosphere akin to Akhlys or Watain while pummeling you with pure death metal and a touch of dissonance and doominess á la Morbid Angel..it really combines almost everything i love about metal and theres not a weak spot on here..their first album was good but this is stylistically much different and a vast improvement.
